Shipping & Returns

Please allow between 2-7 working days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 working days have passed please use the contact form HERE or email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA requests must be submitted by the customer via our returns section HERE or through the My Account section by logging into your account and clicking on “My Account” and following the instructions for returns.

Please fill out ALL fields and in the “Faulty or other details” section include the reason for return and a return action requested (return for refund or replacement.). A customer service representative will e-mail you back with further information within 24-72 hours.
